JARVIS privacy policy

Effective September 28, 2026.

JARVIS is a private assistant used by one household. Only members of that household use it.

What JARVIS accesses

Gmail (read): messages from schools, teams, and activities, to find events, assignments, and grades.
Gmail (send): email the household asks JARVIS to send.
Google Calendar: reading and adding events on the household's calendars.

Data is stored on a computer in the household's home.
To write replies, some text is sent to Anthropic's Claude API. Nothing is sent to any other third party.
Data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared outside the household.
Use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke JARVIS's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
